Big Bass Adventures is dedicated to the ultimate in Largemouth Bass Fishing and Peacock Bass Fishing. At present, we believe that Lake El Salto and Lake Comedero offer the best opportunity for the novice and seasoned angler to catch a double digit Largemouth Bass than any other place in the world. When a better place shows up, we will tell you about it.
Barry and I have been fishing for years and have been on a lot of the so-called fishing trips of a lifetime. We have been on many trips that were misrepresented, the fishing terrible or just plain flat-out lied to. With so many places to choose from its hard to know the good from the bad. You don’t have to go the most expensive route to get that Fishing Trip of a Lifetime. We will never put you on a trip that we have not been on numerous times and can tell you all about it firsthand. |

Ron Clark

Hello! My name is Ron Clark and I have been fishing great places for the past 35 years. I don’t own any records but on my best bass fishing trip, My 5 biggest bass weighed 57lbs 13ozs. My best day was on Lake Comedero with Barry, when we boated 230 bass.
Besides fishing all of Mexico’s lakes and all over the U.S. for the last 18 years, I have fished Canada (20 years), Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Amazon Basin in Brazil, Northwest Territories and the Bahamas.
I met my partner, Barry Holt on a smallmouth trip to Lake Pickwick in Alabama. Incidentally, My best smallmouth on that trip was 6lbs 6 oz. Barry and I became the best of friends, and I am very lucky to have met him. He is as good a fisherman as I have ever met and a man of character that I am proud to call my friend.
